Feasibility

TRED has completed 25 feasibility projects across the United States for national retailers such as CarMax Auto Superstores and continues to conduct new facility feasibility studies nationwide. 

Construction Management

TRED is currently the Construction Manager for a new CarMax Auto Superstores facility located in Hickory, North Carolina.

Development

• TRED completed all phases of development and delivered two 40,000 square foot facilities for CarMax Auto Superstores in Colorado Springs, Colorado and Newark, New Jersey.

• TRED is currently providing feasibility, due diligence and entitlements services for a new Carmax project located in Beaverton, Oregon. Click here for Renderings.
