Founded in 2003, Total Real Estate Development, LLC (TRED), serves the needs of commercial real estate users nationwide that need to leverage internal resources during high growth periods.  We perform all aspects of real estate development including site acquisition, pre-development services, financing, design management and construction management.  Since its inception, TRED has been involved in the development of over 30 projects nationwide totaling 1.5+ million square feet.
